Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, customization, sale, delivery, installation, and use of products and services that Bloom Lighting offers, a brand organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
By requesting a quotation, placing an order, confirming payment, engaging our services, or accessing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Bloom Lighting reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms at any time. Any changes take effect once we post them or communicate them through official channels. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Orders and Payment
1.1 Pre-Order Items
Clients must pay in full upon placing an order for all pre order items, since production will only commence upon receipt of full payment.

1.3 Price Validity
A 50% down payment is required upon order placement. Clients must settle the remaining balance in full at least 5 days before the scheduled delivery date. Failure to complete payment on time may result in a delay or rescheduling of delivery.
1.4 Order Confirmation
All quoted prices are subject to change without prior notice. Discounts are valid only for the quantity and specifications the original quotation states. Bloom Lighting reserves the right to revise pricing at any time.

Lead times are estimates only and may vary depending on the following:
- Design complexity
- Material availability
- Importation schedules
- Project scope
- Client requested revisions
- Unforeseen circumstances
Bloom Lighting will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes to production timelines as early as possible.

Delivery
Bloom Lighting offers free delivery and installation within Metro Manila for eligible chandelier orders. Additionally, projects located outside Metro Manila may be subject to additional delivery, transportation, accommodation, installation, and logistical fees. We will discuss and confirm any applicable charges during the quotation and consultation process, before order confirmation.
3.1 Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and ready to receive the item on the confirmed delivery date. Required permits and documents may include:
- Work permit
- Delivery permit
- Elevator reservation or pass
- Road usage permit
- Village or subdivision entry permit
- Building administration clearance
- Other permits required by local authorities
Important Notice: Bloom Lighting will not accept liability for delays that incomplete or missing client documentation causes. Therefore, any rescheduled delivery or installation resulting from such delays may be subject to additional charges.
3.2 Optional Installation Requirements
Depending on ceiling height, installation conditions, and site requirements, the following may be necessary:
- Ceiling wiring preparation
- Access ladders
- Scaffolding or elevated work platforms
- Additional manpower
We will advise clients of any specific requirements during the pre installation consultation. Additional charges may apply if the project requires specialized equipment or manpower.

Installation
Bloom Lighting provides professional installation services for chandelier orders. We provide installation free of charge within Metro Manila for eligible projects. However, projects located outside Metro Manila may be subject to installation and travel fees, which we will disclose and confirm before scheduling.
The client must ensure that the installation site is:
- Safe and accessible
- Structurally prepared
- Electrically ready
- Free from obstructions that may delay or prevent installation
Additional charges may apply if the client must postpone installation due to site unpreparedness, restricted access, missing permits, or conditions beyond Bloom Lighting’s control. Bloom Lighting shall not be responsible for delays arising from incomplete permits, site restrictions, electrical deficiencies, or structural issues at the installation location.

Exchange and Return Policy
No Receipt, No Exchange. Clients must include the original Official Receipt with all exchange requests. However, we do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.
5.1 Exchange Period
We permit exchanges only within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery. Items presented for exchange must:
- Be unused and uninstalled
- Be free from physical damage
- Be in original condition
- Include original packaging where applicable
- Be accompanied by the original Official Receipt
5.2 No Cash Refunds
Bloom Lighting does not issue cash refunds under any circumstances. All approved exchanges are subject to product availability.
5.3 Pre-Ordered Items
We cannot exchange or refund pre ordered and custom made items. By placing a pre order, the client acknowledges and accepts this policy.
5.4 Credit Notes
Credit notes that we issue on Official Receipts are valid for three (3) months only from the date of issuance. We will not honor expired credit notes.

Customization and Design
We design and produce all customized pieces according to specifications the client approves during the consultation process.
- Once production begins, we may not accommodate design changes, or they may incur additional costs and revised timelines.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all dimensions, finishes, materials, and design details before production begins.
- Bloom Lighting shall not be liable if the client later deems approved specifications unsuitable.
6.1 Project Photography
Bloom Lighting reserves the right to photograph completed installations for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes. We will not disclose personal information or identifiable client details without written consent.

Intellectual Property
The Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293) protects all content on the Bloom Lighting website and all creative works that Bloom Lighting produces.
- All designs, concepts, sketches, photography, logos, and visual identity remain the exclusive property of Bloom Lighting.
- Clients may not reproduce, repurpose, share, or use Bloom Lighting designs for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
- Unauthorized use of any content from this website may result in legal action.

Electronic Communications
By communicating with Bloom Lighting through email, website forms, social media platforms, messaging applications, or other electronic channels, clients consent to receive communications related to:
- Quotations and project consultations
- Order confirmations and updates
- Production and delivery schedules
- Installation coordination
- Customer support and after sales service

Limitation of Liability
Bloom Lighting will not accept liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products or services. We limit our liability to the value of the product or service the client purchased.
In addition, Bloom Lighting is not responsible for damages caused by improper installation by third parties, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions. We provide the website on an “as is” basis. Bloom Lighting does not guarantee uninterrupted or error free access to the website.

Governing Law
The laws of the Republic of the Philippines shall govern and construe these terms and conditions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City.

Data and Privacy
We handle any personal information we collect in connection with transactions or services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. We will post the updated version on our website or communicate it through official channels. Furthermore, continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
