General

Bloom Lighting is a custom chandelier brand based in Makati City, Philippines. Every piece is designed and handcrafted in-house, from floor-to-ceiling statement chandeliers to wall sconces, tailored entirely to each client’s vision and space.

Our showroom is at the 3rd Floor, Atrium of Makati, Makati Avenue, Makati City. Walk-in visits are welcome. Appointments are recommended for dedicated project assistance.

Our team responds to all inquiries within one to two business days, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Yes. Bloom Lighting handles residential and commercial projects of all scales, from intimate home installations to large-scale chandelier features in hotels and commercial interiors across the Philippines.

Products and Collections

We specialize in custom chandeliers, floor to ceiling chandelier installations, pendant lights, wall sconces, and statement lighting pieces. In fact, everything we make is handcrafted and made to order in the Philippines.

Yes. Our collection includes Folli, Sandhills, Yarden, Crystel, Fia, Celestine, Ivy, Gazelle, Fiorella, and Donella, among others. Every design can be customized in size, finish, material, and lighting configuration to suit your space precisely.

We work with premium crystal, handblown glass, and precision metalwork. Finishes, colours, and structural details are fully customizable based on your project requirements.

Every piece is made to order. No two chandeliers are identical. Each one is conceived, fabricated, and installed specifically for the space it will inhabit.

Yes. We design custom chandeliers for spaces of all scales, from intimate dining rooms to double-volume lobbies and multi-storey stairwells. Scale and proportion are determined during the design consultation.

Custom Chandelier Design and Customization

Every Bloom chandelier is fully customizable, size, shape, structure, materials, and finish are all determined by you and your space.

Absolutely, we welcome references, sketches, and mood boards. In general, the more detail you share, the more precisely we can develop your custom chandelier design.

Our process follows five stages: consultation, design development, mockup review, production and finishing, and final installation, with close collaboration at every step and no stage advancing without your approval.

Yes. Before full production begins, we produce a physical or digital mockup, allowing you to confirm scale, proportion, material, and overall design.

Yes. We work regularly with interior designers and architects across the Philippines and welcome trade and project-based collaborations at any stage of a project.

Showroom and Consultation

Walk ins are welcome, although appointments are recommended so our team can give your project the full attention it deserves from the moment you arrive.

Yes. All initial design consultations are complimentary. Contact us to schedule yours.

Yes. Our Makati showroom features selected collection pieces so you can experience the craftsmanship, materials, and scale of our work in person before commissioning.

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Appointments outside these hours can be arranged upon request.

Orders, Pricing, and Lead Times

Pricing depends on design complexity, size, materials, and project scope. Contact us for a personalized quotation tailored to your space and requirements.

Reach us via phone, email, or the inquiry form on our contact page to begin your consultation. Our design team will guide you through every step from first conversation to final installation.

For pre order items, full payment is required upon order placement. Meanwhile, on hand items require a 50% down payment upon order, with the remaining balance due at least five days before delivery.

Pre-ordered items: 45 to 60 working days.
On-hand items: 3 to 5 working days.
On-hand customized items: 7 to 15 working days.

Quoted prices are subject to change without prior notice. Discounts are valid only for the quantity specified in the quotation.

Because every piece is custom-made, changes or cancellations depend on the current production stage. We recommend notifying us as early as possible to discuss your options.

Exchanges are accepted within seven days from the date of delivery, provided items show no physical damage. However, no cash refunds are issued, and pre ordered items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Installation and Aftercare

Yes. Our technical team handles every installation, ensuring your piece is fitted safely, correctly, and precisely, whether in a residential or commercial space.

Requirements typically include ceiling height clearance, structural support verification, and electrical preparation. Our team provides a full checklist and guides you through the process before installation day.

Yes. We offer nationwide delivery and installation across the Philippines. Contact us to discuss your project location and requirements.

The client is responsible for securing all necessary permits before the scheduled installation date. These may include a work permit, delivery permit, elevator pass, road usage permit, and village or building entry clearance. Bloom Lighting will not be liable for delays caused by incomplete documentation. A new delivery fee applies if installation needs to be rescheduled due to missing permits.

Depending on your space, optional requirements may include ceiling wiring preparation, a ladder, and scaffolding. Our team will advise you on what is needed during the pre installation consultation.

We recommend gentle cleaning with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Specific care instructions are provided for every piece upon delivery.
